The tool selects only from the usernames you provide. That makes the input list transparent, but it also means the tool cannot tell whether a comment was deleted, an account followed every rule, or an entry was submitted before the deadline.
State who can enter, how entries are counted, when the giveaway closes, how winners are contacted, and when a redraw may happen. Follow applicable law and current platform promotion rules, and never ask a winner to pay to receive a legitimate prize.
