1. What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Spin the Wheel Tools handles information when you use our random wheels and generator pages. Spin the Wheel Tools is designed to work without an account and to keep the lists you enter on your own device.
2. Information you enter
Names, choices, usernames, dates, prompts, weights, and other wheel entries are processed in your browser. Spin the Wheel Tools does not intentionally receive or store those entries on our servers during normal use.
Do not enter sensitive personal information, confidential business information, passwords, financial details, health information, or anything you do not have permission to use.
3. Saved wheels and local storage
When you select Save, the current page stores its entries and settings in local browser storage on that device. This lets the wheel return when you revisit the same generator in the same browser.
Select Reset to remove the saved data for that generator. You can also clear the site's stored data through your browser settings. Saved wheels do not automatically sync to another browser or device.
4. Technical information
Like most websites, our hosting and security infrastructure may automatically process limited technical data needed to deliver and protect the service. This can include an IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, and diagnostic or security events.
Spin the Wheel Tools does not currently use advertising cookies, marketing trackers, or third-party analytics to build a profile of your activity. Strictly necessary hosting or security mechanisms may still operate to provide the website.
5. How information may be used or shared
Technical information may be used to operate the website, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or rent the lists you enter.
Service providers that host or secure the website may process technical information on our behalf. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of users or the service.
6. Retention and security
You control the local wheel data stored in your browser. Hosting and security providers may retain technical logs according to their operational and security practices.
We use reasonable measures for a simple public website, but no internet service or device storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid putting confidential information into a wheel.
7. Children and group use
Spin the Wheel Tools is a general-audience utility and is not designed to collect personal information from children. A parent, teacher, or other responsible adult should supervise use involving children and should avoid entering full names or other identifying information when a first name, nickname, or number will work.
8. Third-party links and future changes
Links to another website are governed by that site's own privacy practices. If Spin the Wheel Tools later adds accounts, analytics, advertising, cloud saving, or other data-handling features, this policy will be updated before those features are described as part of the service.
We may revise this policy as the website changes. The date at the top identifies the current version.
